Returns Policy

We appreciate your purchase from our range of handmade wooden home accessories and furniture. Our aim is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product.

Returns

You have a right to return your item within 30 days of receiving it, given that it is in its original condition and packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to our return address provided on our website. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
